Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles (Net 30/60)
- Process monthly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle multi-state sales tax compliance and filings
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Implement QuickBooks enhancements for 15+ clients
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Payroll processing certification (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with multi-entity accounting structures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- CPA or CMA certification a significant plus
