Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-entity accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Manage client relationships and provide financial consultation
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
