Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with strict adherence to SOX compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership and investors
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental and client portfolios
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling
- Mentor junior accounting staff on GAAP standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in SaaS or tech sector
- Expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
