Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Lead internal and external audit coordination with compliance documentation
- Develop financial models for forecasting and strategic decision support
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance (SEC/IRS)
