Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for corporate and individual clients
- Implement and optimize accounting systems using QuickBooks and ERP solutions
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and external partners
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Active CPA license required
