- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory accuracy
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis initiatives
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage/NetSuite)
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance standards
