Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
- Oversee general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for stakeholders
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with month-end/quarter-end closing procedures
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
