Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for stakeholders
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely collections
- Oversee tax compliance filings and assist with audits
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with manufacturing or distribution industry a plus
