- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for multiple departments
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Handle tax preparation and regulatory filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
