Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions
- Coordinate external audits and maintain internal controls documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting projects
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
