- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead audit processes and implement internal control improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Oversee tax compliance and support strategic financial decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
