Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports
- Lead audit coordination with external firms and implement SOX controls
- Develop financial models for forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
