Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through proactive auditing
- Administer benefits enrollments and deductions
- Collaborate with HR on time tracking and PTO policies
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
- Ensure FLSA compliance and labor law updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and AZ DOL regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
