Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (DOL, IRS, FLSA)
- Manage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Support year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll system integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and DC-specific payroll regulations
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll reporting tools
- Proven track record of 0 audit findings in 2+ consecutive years
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to maintain confidential information with HIPAA-level discretion
