Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, bonuses, commissions, and expense reimbursements
- Manage 401(k), HSA, and other benefit deductions with precision
- Generate and deliver payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Stay current on FLSA, AZ DOL, and IRS tax law changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance (AZ, CA, NY)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable proficiency
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
