Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, IRS, and AZ state regulations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
- Prepare monthly/yearly payroll reports for leadership
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of AZ labor laws and tax codes
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for employee interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
