Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, commissions, and deductions with precision
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax filings
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and union contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
- Deep understanding of CA labor laws and FLSA compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a strong plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
