Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with bank statements
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for finance leadership and auditors
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS regulations, and state labor laws
- Onboard new hires and maintain employee tax form documentation
- Collaborate with HR on PTO accruals and compensation adjustments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of multi-state tax laws and garnishment procedures
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy and deadline adherence
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
