- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts daily
- Process payroll and tax filings on strict deadlines
- Generate financial reports for executive leadership
- Maintain digital filing systems with audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Train junior staff on accounting software protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM MST)
- Proven track record of meeting month-end deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CB) a plus
