- Maintain and update QuickBooks/Excel databases with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Support annual audits and provide documentation for regulatory inquiries
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize financial processes
- Monitor budget variances and provide actionable financial insights
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred) with 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client financial portfolios
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax compliance requirements
