Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform daily data entry and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with tax preparation documentation.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior accounting experience necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
