Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and tax documentation.
- Assist in the organization and storage of financial documents and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional, depending on role specifics).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
