Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and tax documentation
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and expense analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Implement efficient bookkeeping systems for client accounts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts
