Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time using our payroll software.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and tax filings.
- Monitor bank accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reconciliation principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
