Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets for management review
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state financial regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during tax season and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
