Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger monthly
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and implement process improvements
- Assist with month-end closing and tax documentation preparation
- Provide financial analysis and budget support to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and payroll regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
