Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for night shift staff
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial transactions
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for real-time financial reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven night shift scheduling flexibility (8 PM - 5 AM PST)
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting credentials
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
