Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll during night hours
- Generate monthly financial reports and balance sheets
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for real-time data entry
- Monitor bank transactions and identify discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for consistent night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
