Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts daily
- Process payroll and manage expense reports efficiently
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Manage vendor invoices and accounts payable/receivable
- Support budget forecasting and financial planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
