Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledgers
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven problem-solving skills with financial data
