- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process daily transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Maintain and update accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Support month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Night shift availability and self-motivation
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
