Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize cash flow cycles
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems
- Support annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
