Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Enter and maintain data in accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite).
- Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, or electronic transfer.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and reporting.
- Maintain organized vendor files and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
