Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% precision
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for executive review
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Oversee month-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Proven experience in multi-currency transaction handling
