Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial reports
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and financial databases
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with CFO on financial strategy implementation
- Train junior accounting staff on processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
