- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small business clients using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation packages
- Implement and maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with CPA firms during tax season and audits
- Provide financial insights and budgeting support to business owners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in reconciliations
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines
