Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, distribution, and collection tracking
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables through systematic investigation and client communication
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract terms align with billing practices
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and industry standards
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to process payments and reconcile accounts daily
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analysis for leadership review

Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in medical billing software (Epic, Cerner) and ERP platforms
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and healthcare billing regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
