Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle billing processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients/vendors promptly
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements for leadership review
- Collaborate with sales and accounts receivable teams to optimize revenue cycles
- Maintain accurate billing records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Process complex billing adjustments and credits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience handling high-volume billing operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or billing certification preferred
