Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate insurance claims to maximize reimbursement rates
- Manage patient account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Generate monthly revenue reports and analyze billing performance metrics
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify coding accuracy

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR billing systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
