Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships
- Resolve account inquiries and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
- Support branch operations including ATM maintenance and night vault duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic math and financial transactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- BA/BS in Finance/Business preferred
