Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Open new accounts, process check orders, and assist with merchant services
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch managers to improve customer experience metrics
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
