Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account openings, stop payments, and account inquiries.
- Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, savings accounts, and online banking services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must pass a background check and credit verification.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between branches.
