Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize customer flow and service efficiency
- Participate in quarterly branch training sessions on new financial technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and digital platforms
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred (training provided for selected candidates)
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude with proven attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable
- Must pass federal background check and credit verification
- Associate degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience required
