Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products/services to meet customer needs and sales goals
- Assist with new account openings and loan documentation
- Maintain organized branch records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, BSA) preferred
- Proficient with digital banking platforms and office software
