Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and service standards
- Identify and report suspicious activity to prevent fraud
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and credit review
