Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night vault services as needed
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales goals for cross-selling services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit verification
