Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Support new customer onboarding and account opening processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
