Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and build client relationships
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and business targets
- Operate teller equipment efficiently while adhering to security procedures
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit verification
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
