- Process 50+ daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards)
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and audit trails
- Uphold strict security protocols for fraud prevention
- Collaborate with branch managers on customer retention
- Participate in quarterly branch performance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends/weekday evenings
- Fraud detection certification or equivalent training
