Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns with empathy
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) based on customer needs
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach events to build bank presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with basic banking software (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10-15 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
